College of Business Dean Minot State University Minot State University invites applications for the position of Dean of theCollege of Business. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and innovative person to strengthen the vibrant College of Business. Thesuccessful candidate will have unique opportunities to advance the College through development and growth of initiatives inentrepreneurship, leadership, international partnerships, program and delivery development, and fund raising. In particular, she/he willhelp guide the innovative Severson Entrepreneurship Academic to maturity. The Dean of the College of Business is the chief academicofficer of the College, reporting directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. In conjunction with the faculty, staff and universityadministration, the Dean is responsible for the implementation and delivery of educational, research, and service programs within thecollege, consistent with the mission of the College of Business and Minot State University. The College is IACBE accredited. MinotState University seeks a dean who is an advocate for the College of Business. The Dean should be a progressive thinker with at least 3yrs of administrative experience, a record of integrity in leadership, strong scholarship experience, and exemplary teaching. The Deanshould be experienced with the use of technology in teaching and delivery of online, hybrid and low-residency programs. The Dean shouldalso be experienced in fiscal and personnel management, be committed to diversity and possess people skills that support fundraising.The Dean will possess an earned doctorate in a business-related discipline.
